RECOGNIZABLE PATTERNS

With the "conversation kitchen" serving as the core and the heart of the house, several new demands must be met by the items which are being stored and utilized in the kitchen. These items must not only serve a practical function, but also contribute to aesthetics, a sense of satisfaction and the joy of simply residing in the room.

In the process of developing these products, Gry wanted to create an awareness of using recognizable patterns in a new and unconventional way. 

Gry Fager has put great personal emphasis on creating products that are very usable, and products that people will find joy in using in their everyday life. In her various projects she focus on increasing awareness of something recognizable and reminiscent in new contexts, hereby telling a story and spark the imagination.
